Strategies


IQAC shall evolve mechanisms and procedures for

  1. Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks.
  2. Concentrating on relevance and quality of academic and research programs.
  3. Implementing and operating optimization and integration of modenrn methods of teaching and learning
  4. Upholding the credibility of evaluation procedures.
  5. Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and functioning of the support structure and services.
  6. Creating affable academic atmosphere for sharing research findings and networking with other institutions in India and abroad by means of collaborations and internship programmes.


Functions


Some of the functions expected of the IQAC are:

  1. Improving the academic and administrative activities of the institution by developing and applying relevant practices and parameters from time to time.
  2. Improving the teaching and learning process by means of creating a learner-centric environment conducive to impart quality education and encourage faculty and students to adopt the required knowledge and technology.
  3. Collection and analysis of feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
  4. Organisation of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes.
  5. Documentation of the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement.
  6. Development and maintenance of institutional database for the purpose of maintaining /enhancing the institutional quality.
  7. Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audit.
  8. Preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
